The following terms and conditions apply to all applicants booking courses or treatments with Kent Aesthetics Academy Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Kent Aesthetics Academy"). Kent Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to periodically review and update these terms and conditions.

 

1. Registration with Kent Aesthetics Academy

 

Prior to booking a training course, all applicants are required to register and provide accurate and complete information about themselves and their qualifications. By registering, you agree to:

 

- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself

- Provide evidence of your professional registration (GMC, GDC, NMC, GPhC)

- Maintain and update your information promptly in case of any changes.

 

Kent Aesthetics Academy complies with data protection regulations.

 

2. Booking a Course

 

Course bookings can be made via the booking forms on the Kent Aesthetics Academy website or through telephone registration. Applicants must provide evidence of qualifications to ensure eligibility for the course as per insurer requirements.

 

3. Pricing, Discounts, and Taxes

 

While advanced notice of pricing changes will be given, Kent Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Sales taxes (VAT etc.) are charged at applicable rates based on the product or customer.

 

4. Payment

 

Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Kent Aesthetics Academy does not offer instalment payments or invoicing for fees. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Inaccurate payment details or failure of authorisation may result in the applicant's registration being void.

 

In case of cancellation by Kent Aesthetics Academy, full fee repayment will be provided to the candidate. The Academy reserves the right to amend or cancel training dates or locations.

 

5. Prevailing Terms & Conditions

 

Kent Aesthetics Academy provides all services under these terms and conditions, which must be accepted to engage our services.

 

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time to reflect changes impacting our business.

 

6. Training Courses

 

Course fees include tuition, course materials, and refreshments. Certificates of attendance and achievement are provided upon course completion. Aftercare support is offered; however, employment guarantees are not provided.

 

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

 

All course materials and content are the property of Kent Aesthetics Academy. All intellectual property rights related to materials and content, both in print and electronic form, are owned by Kent Aesthetics Academy. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of course content is strictly prohibited.

 

Permission must be sought from trainers and models before capturing any photographs or videos during training courses. Any media captured during training can be used for personal or professional use under prior agreement from the model.

8. Health and Safety during Training

 

All attendees must adhere to health and safety regulations and security requirements at the training premises.

 

9. Behaviour

 

Kent Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to dismiss any delegate whose behaviour is considered inappropriate by the Academy or its trainers. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided in such cases. 

 

10. Trainers

 

Kent Aesthetics Academy will provide qualified course trainers and reserves the right to substitute trainers as necessary.
 

11. Liability

 

Kent Aesthetics Academy is not liable for actions taken based on information or views expressed during training courses. Participants should seek professional advice for specific situations.

 

As the aesthetic industry is unregulated in the UK, Kent Aesthetics Academy cannot be held responsible for future guideline changes or additional requirements for qualifications.

 

12. Cancellation

 

Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the course start date, or non-attendance, incur 100% of fees paid. If medical certification can be provided, the course will be transferred to a new date.

Any subsequent course cancellation will incur a forfeit of all fees paid.

Kent Aesthetics academy is under no obligation to offer a refund of any fees paid.

For cancellations with over 4 weeks’ notice, a fee of £20 will be deducted from the refund of the full course price plus the admin fee specific for the course you are booked on, this must be submitted in writing by post before the refund is given.

​

Refunds will not be applicable if any of the online training material has been accessed.

 

13. Model Bookings

 

When booking a treatment with Kent Aesthetics Academy, clients must provide accurate and complete information, including medical history and any relevant conditions. Clients are responsible for updating this information as needed.

 

Kent Aesthetics Academy cannot guarantee specific treatment results as individual reactions may vary. The Academy reserves the right to refuse treatments deemed unsuitable for clients.

 

A strict 48-hour cancellation policy applies, with charges for cancellations made with less notice. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment with sufficient notice.

 

Late arrivals may result in appointment cancellation without transferable deposit payments. Failure to attend appointments may result in full-service fee charges before booking future appointments.

 

Due to the nature of opened and prepared products, costs must be covered in case of cancellations. Botulinum treatments do NOT include free top-ups; additional doses may incur extra charges.

 

These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Kent Aesthetics Academy. By engaging our services, clients agree to comply with these terms. Kent Aesthetics Academy reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
